National RoofCare completed roof upgrade works at Marley Spoon without halting operation of food packaging beneath. The site had many unique challenges including the food packaging beneath. NRC installed temporary under-roof netting to catch any potential debris caused by skylight and sheet replacements, this allowed the site to continue operating as usual on a 6 day schedule. Another unique challenge was crane lifting HVAC units off roof to allow for roof sheet replacement beneath. The overall scope included, skylight replacement, roof sheet replacement, HSS walkway removal
and reinstallation.
